Nominee was an integral part of the Anniversary Celebration 2023. Level of consummate professionalism in all aspects of duties that could only be achieved by a sister dedicated to the mission. Sister went above and beyond the expectations to support team, customers and NCNW overall goal.
 

My Sister of the Year Nomination for Audrey Lane for her artistic flair and dedication to making our sisters look good are instrumental in creating an atmosphere of pride and unity within our sisterhood. Beyond her role as chair in the 81st anniversary celebration, Audrey's ongoing participation in SPMS events and programs exemplifies her unwavering commitment to the mission of our organization. She generously shares her talents and time, contributing to the success of every endeavor with enthusiasm and grace.

Rene Flowers is nominated for her exemplary leadership and active participation in our programs and events. Despite her busy schedule, Rene consistently goes above and beyond, readily contributing whenever needed. Her dedication to our sisterhood is evident in her willingness to support and lead initiatives, fostering a sense of unity and community among members. Rene's selflessness and commitment make her a deserving candidate for Sister of the Year.
 

Rene Flowers has always been an avid supporter of SPMS. She acknowledges our work within the community at every opportunity, on social media and in-person. While extremely busy in her role as County Commissioner, she has never declined when asked to assist in an SPMS community outreach program. She served as Chair of our biggest annual fundraiser this year (2024), MLK Leadership Awards Breakfast Event and brought in Mr. Eddie Gaude of MSNBC as the Speaker. 2023, when the Master of Ceremony failed to appear, she stepped up and performed with excellence. She exhibits the attributes of Leadership, Service and Sisterhood that we expect of SPMS NCNW members.

Always a hard worker and show great dedication to our foundation. Selfless and great supporter to our other members.

Teneka has displayed true Sisterhood. She is very dedicated to our Section. She displays loyalty, compassion, and dependability.

I am legacy life dedicated SPMS Member. I'm beyond grateful for the experience of NCNW true sisterhood, this has reinforced my belief in the importance of community service, it’s a way of life in every activity I am involved in from maintaining council house, regularly attend meetings, E-board member, support programs of SPMS. I respectfully nominate Teneka Dixon for Sister of the Year in recognition of her unwavering commitment to our sisterhood. Teneka consistently goes above and beyond in managing our facility, ensuring a clean environment and a relaxing atmosphere for all our members to enjoy.
 

Her dedication extends beyond our walls of the council house as she actively engages in community work and tirelessly contributes to our programs and events by volunteering to lend her talents wherever needed to achieve a successful outcome. Teneka's positive spirit uplifts everyone around her, making her an invaluable asset to our sisterhood. I really appreciate her.
